Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Sweep and clean offices.
Sweep and mop break room.
Sweep and clean warehouse including restrooms.
Empty and replace trash can liners.
Sweep and pick up trash on the outside of the warehouse.
Check and refill water levels in all batteries.
Replace light bulbs.
Clean windows and countertops.
Sweep stairways.
Operate floor scrubber and sweeper.
Schedule trash and cardboard pick up.
Maintain cleaning supply, coffee products and tissue/hand towel products.
Assist with maintenance work and projects, as requested.
Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal, etc.
Maintain 5S (sort straighten, shine, standardize, sustain) areas.
Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High School Diploma or GED; or one (1) to three (3) years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Beginner level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Light to medium work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
Good eye hand coordination and depth perception is essential.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business manuals and instructions.
Ability to work in low lighting and variant internal and external climate temperatures and conditions.
Ability to work at a range of heights.
Lifting to a maximum of seventy-five pounds (75 lbs.
) with frequent lifting and carrying of up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.
).
Experience Preferred High School Diploma or GED; or one (1) to three (3) years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
