Summary:
Works as a member of the team toward the company's primary objectives of customer satisfaction, safety, food quality, store cleanliness, and profits.
Delivers the company's products to the customers in a manner that is consistent with the Driver's Responsibilities section of the Company Handbook.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Cooperates with other Team Members and assist them whenever possible and appropriate.
Relate to fellow team members and management staff in a manner that is appropriate in a business environment by using professional communications in the store (CHATTER) to communicate needs and ability to help others with their needs.
Participate in the store cleaning and stocking following the guidelines in the Cristy's Pizza Operations Manual.
Skills:
Delivers the company's products to the customers in a manner that is consistent with the Driver's Responsibilities section of the Company Handbook.
Follows all policies procedures and processes outlined in the Company Handbook and Company Operations Manual.
Participates in the prompt preparation, cooking, and packaging of food, in a manner consistent with Cristy's Pizza quality and sanitation standards.
This will include, but is not limited to proper hand washing, glove use, rolling dough, making nibblerz, meeting all efficiency and quality standards in all the kitchen positions (Sauce/Pep, Scale 1, Scale 2, Oven), learning the Topping Charts, Staging the food in the oven, making and marking calzones, learning the rules of the line, Pre Rush Prep and using the opening and closing checklists to be sure you have done all that is required.
Customer Interaction:
Assures total Customer satisfaction.
View every customer as your employer.
Keep in mind that your #1 task at Cristy's Pizza is to satisfy the Customer.
So give every customer the impression that you're eager to help them any way you can.
Be thorough and accurate.
This will include, but is not limited to attending the Orientation & Phone Training class within the first 60 days of employment, greeting/cashing out customers correctly at the counter or drive thru window, greeting/taking orders customers correctly on the phone, keeping the lobby/dine in clean, handling requests for delay orders, fulfilling our guarantee using the CLEAR method, accepting payments as outlined in the Cash Handling Procedures of the Operations Manual and serving alcohol safely in accordance with the law.
Double check the delivery bag with the ticket to ensure the order is complete before leaving the store.
Unloading the Oven:
Learning to unload the oven will be one of the last skills you will learn as a Pizza Pro because it will draw on all the other skills you have learned.
This position is the last person to see the order before the customer receives it.
This will include, but is not limited to identifying/understanding how to create light/Crispy/Well Done/Extra Well Done/Take N Bake/Uncooked, learn the pizza and sub condiment charts, memorize the cut procedure for each item, double check the ticket and be sure the customer has exactly what they asked for when they placed the order.
