Their primary role is to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time and maintaining inventory flow.
Primary hours will be from 9:
00AM-6:
00PM.
Benefits available after 90 day probationary period! 401k, Health/Vision/Dental! Process and calculate payroll for employees, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation components.
Verify and reconcile timekeeping records Maintain payroll records and employee data in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations in handling payroll information.
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience working as a payroll clerk or similar role preferred Knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws Proficiency in using payroll software or systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Basic knowledge of accounting principles is desirable Must be comfortable working alone or as a team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
