Qualifications:
Prior experience as a bartender required.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Friendly and customer focused.
Strong team player and self-motivated.
Good organizational skills desired.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk; and hear.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
An interest in the Ohio wine and grape industry.
