You are the first and last person a client speaks to when they receive care at our clinic so we recognize the vital role a receptionist plays.
That's why we need you! Our 2-doctor practice is located in the beautiful Hocking Hills of southeastern Ohio.
We've been serving the community since 1995 and are growing and thriving due to an appreciative clientele and caring staff.

If you have a good sense of humor, a friendly demeanor, and reception skills, then we need you! Your position in our team will include:
greeting visitors answering client questions in person and on the phone scheduling and confirming appointments texting clients with our state-of-the-art client communication software processing payments using management software to produce sales reports educating clients on preventive care for their beloved pets managing medical records smiling and loving the fact you're helping animals get better and stay well! The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
