Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests using our proprietary software system and appropriate methods Answer phones and provide basic information to guests inquiring about rooms, availability, and special requests Process reservations and provide information to guests requesting minor repairs or changes to their reservations Process payments and collect payment from guests Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service experience (1-2 years) preferred Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Ability to work well under pressure and with customers of all ages Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and nights (up to 5 nights per month) Job Types:
