Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues - Manage and coordinate front desk activities, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Train front desk staff in areas such as sales coaching, trouble shooting, and customer service.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Experience in hotel or resort sales and service - Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software - Ability to work well in a team environment Note:
