8K a year 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago The District Student Support Coordinator is committed to outreach, advocacy, and community agency partnerships that generate real-time solutions for students in grades PreK through 12.
The Coordinator will be responsible for connecting students and their families to agencies that provide support and services to students who are involved in such things as the judicial system, returning from a residential setting, needing mental health support, and/or returning from a school expulsion.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Promotes an understanding of adolescent development, and behavior supports and works to strengthen the relationship between educators, adolescents, parents, and service providers.
-Serves as a liaison for school system staff, Juvenile Court, Child Protective Services, and other agencies in providing support and resources to students and families.
-Makes appropriate referrals to resources/services to facilitate educational, mental health, and behavioral needs.
-Coordinates and manages services for students and their families to ensure needs are met.
-Problem-solves and facilitates a team approach in identifying prevention and intervention strategies for student success.
-Confers with staff, parents, students, and agencies to facilitate students transitioning back into the school setting.
-Develop supports and interventions for drop-out prevention.
-Collects, analyzes, and reports data.
-Facilitates the educational placement of students referred to the court.
-All other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
