This position is based in Logan.
But will be performing job duties that may be in Logan, McArthur, or Lancaster, Ohio.
The starting pay for these three positions is between $18-$20 per hour depending on experience and skills, and the position.

The position is as follows:
Housing Maintenance Worker - The primary function of the Housing Maintenance Worker job is to perform routine maintenance work on public housing units in areas such as plumbing, dry-wall repair, lighting fixtures, painting, carpentry, remodeling tasks, and other building trades.
Housing Maintenance Workers may also perform basic preventative maintenance and repair duties involving heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.
This position is subject to emergency call-out and must be able to work overtime including nights and weekends and stand-by as required.
This position requires a HS degree, must be comfortable using technology to complete their work including working with Smartphones, computers, and tablets; must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 75 lbs.
This position will start each day at an assigned location in Logan, or McArthur based on scheduling needs of the agency.
